Replaces AS SHOWN black dial with white knob below the timer assembly.
To test, place the control into the brine refill cycle (first flapper valve being held open) and pull up on the float in the brine tank to reveal a leak.
You can also remove and see if by turning the outer knob with a small flat blade screwdriver, that this will also turn the internal part that has "teeth". If the internal does not turn with the external know, then it cause high salt usage issues.
Unscrews with existing "ears". Replacement is gray with a "lip".
