- Buyers Agreement
- The buyer agrees to provide all required reliable and accurate information to AffordableWater.us in order for us to verify the legitimacy of the transaction.
- The buyer represents that he or she is 18 years of age or older. The buyer further agrees that all water test data must be provided accurately so that these systems can be applied correctly. Providing incomplete or inaccurate test data may result in the system not functioning properly or efficiently. The buyer agrees that the contract to purchase has been completed when the order is shipped.
- All terms and conditions are agreed to when purchasing from AffordableWater.us. These terms are spelled out on the Help Desk link on the website.
- You cannot return an order from AffordableWater.us after you have received it unless you have a valid reason to do so. Once a system or components have been installed, they are not returnable. There is a 20% restocking fee on any authorized returns and you will not be credited the cost of the shipping charges that cost the company to send you the product. You must receive a return authorization number in order to return any item to AffordableWater.us.
- Warranties: AffordableWater.us does not warrant against misapplication or incorrect installation of equipment. The buyer is responsible for installation and service of the product. The manufacture of each component warrants the components.
- AffordableWater.us will assist you in a warranty replacement situation. Water Softener and Automatic Filter warranties are as follows: Control valves are 5 years. Fiberglass tanks up to 13" in diameter are warranted for 10 years. Tank diameters 14" and up are warranted for 5 years. Salt storage tanks are warranted for 5 years. There is a one year limited warranty on the softening or filter media. Reverse Osmosis systems have a one year warranty on all but the filters and membrane. Ultraviolet Disinfection units have a one year warranty. These warranties are from the date of manufacturing of each individual vendor and not from the date or receipt of your order.
- Sending us a purchase order does not constitute the acceptance of an order or the price written on that purchase order.
