"Just wanted to drop a line to tell you guys how much I appreciate the way you do business. I made the horrible mistake of purchasing my softener from another company over the Internet (name withheld). After the sale, that was it!!!! I had problems with the system and could not get very much help from them. They instructed me to contact a local company that would come out and diagnose the problem. After several tries for help from them, I finally called AffordableWater.us and told him up front that I did not purchase the softener from him, and that was my first mistake. This did not matter at all to these folks. We spoke for three days, several minutes each time until we figured out the problem which was related to missing parts from the assembler (name also withheld), who was a different company than who I had purchased it from. AffordableWater.us sent out parts to me at no charge! You just don't find service or people doing business like this much anymore. Imagine that.... Thanks AffordableWater.us"
