"I bought a softener from your company on line, and I can not begin to tell you how pleased I am that I did, It was shipped super fast and the fact that I am not a plumber and needed help made me even more pleased when I asked for help. When I e-mailed a couple of times with questions I did not have to wait 24 or 36 hours to get a reply, but to my surprise the answers came to me with in a hour or so each time. Upon programing the unit I called, and was connected to tech support without wait, and without making me feel dumb, he helped me go through the steps to have it all working in no time.
