"My Culligan System 19 finally gave up after 15+ years. Checked with Culligan and they wanted over $1,000 for a similar system. I ordered the Fleck 5600 with the SXT control for 1/3 of the price and am very happy with the softener. It arrived well packed and fast. I included the hardness info with my order and my system was delivered programmed with the information. Had a simple question why they did a certain setting and got a fast and complete response.
