that our problem of reduced supply and capacity is indeed caused by excessive pressure in the RO storage tank as you pointed out. The tank seems OK without leakage and RO faucet
supply-pressure is "decent" without dying off to a trickle even after filling one or two full glasses continuously. We will of course order the tank from you when this one does
fail.
I would very much like to express my sincerest appreciation to you and I want you to know your kindness is truly taken to heart. For what it is worth, we will most likely be needing a new, complete RO system soon to replace our
second RO system in the house and will order it from your company when the time comes. Reluctantly, it looks like we have to abandon an excellent Electrolux RO 300 system
simply because there's no replacement filter/membrane parts and technical support for it in the U.S. from anyone. The original online supplier acts as though they never sold us
the system!
