"I installed the water softener with some brass ball valves for the bypass. The entire installation took about 3 hours for me. It was relatively straight forward considering the valve was already programmed for me. I have been using your water softener for about two months now and I am completely satisfied. I can tell this machine uses a lot less salt than the old softener. I keep checking it and It does not need any salt. The water is soft and the scum is gone from the shower glass. The only regret I have; I wish I would have bought it sooner. Thank you for the fast shipment and the quality product.
