"I replaced my aging Culligan water softener with one of your units. Culligan wanted $400 for a replacement control module circuit board (which, judging by the poor quality connectors, passive components, LCD module, microprocessor and PCB looked to have cost them perhaps $20-30 tops). I decided to use that money towards a new unit instead. I was very pleased with the quality of the valve, brine tank, resin tank and the electronic module. This unit is built every bit as good as the $1100+ Culligan unit and then some. The control valve is high quality and easy to service. I have no doubts that this system will last me quite some time with proper maintenance. High quality parts, very nice resin bead material, great packing job, fast shipping, easy to install. Top notch product and company all the way through. Thank you for selling me a very well designed and built system for a fair price. I would not hesitate to recommend this system to any of my friends or family."
