"We bought the Fleck 7000STX system and when it arrived one of the boxes that contained resin had been delivered damaged and it was leaking. I called the office the next morning and I also sent an email to inform the company of the damaged box. I received a call the same day informing me that they were shipping another box to me right away and I should have it in two days. I received the box exactly two days later. The water in our small city is very hard and it left a white film on our faucets and the interior of our dishwasher as well as our glass enclosures. We had the system installed right away and love it. We recommended it to two of our friends and they ordered the same system from you a month later. We now have clean dishes, clean faucets, clean dishwaters, no more white film on any of our plumbing fixtures or glass and it feels great to shower with clean and soft water.
