"Dear AffordableWater.us. The equipment arrived quickly and in good shape. The installation went smoothly and with out a hitch. I replaced an existing 16 yr old water conditioner. I am very pleased with the performance of the unit right out of the box. I was a little worried about the initial set up but it appears to be perfect for our water and household usage. The digital clock and flow meter are really cool. The unit recharges only when it is needed so when we are away and not using H2O we also use no salt. Wow! The best part, when my former water conditioner company called to see if I wanted them to come out and install a new unit at their" very special price" for their longtime good customers ($2,000.00 plus installation), I just laughed at them. Thanks."
